Numerous lease plans are tailored to each customer's specific business needs. Whether you are looking for a tax lease, off-balance sheet lease or a more affordable payment alternative, Ingersoll-Rand Financial Services has a solution.

• Fair Market Value Lease Plans
  • This plan offers terms of 24 to 60 months and provides the customer the option at the end of the lease transaction to either purchase the equipment for its Fair Market Value (FMV) or return the equipment to Ingersoll-Rand Financial Services.
  • Freight, installation and other start-up cost may be included in the lease transaction as well to minimize the customer's out-of-pocket start-up expenses. In addition, Air Care/Preventive Maintenance contract payments may be wrapped into the lease payment as well.

• Purchase Option Lease Plans
  • This program offers customers the low monthly payment that leasing provides plus gives customers a stated dollar purchase price at lease expiration. Terms range from 36 to 60 month contracts.
  • The customer may elect to purchase the equipment for the stated purchase option price at lease expiration or return the equipment to Ingersoll-Rand Financial Services.
  • Freight, installation and other start-up cost may be included in the lease transaction as well to minimize the customer's out-of-pocket start-up expenses.

• Dollar Option Lease
  • For those customers that desire a dollar option lease transaction, Ingersoll-Rand Financial Services offers IR customers a plan which enables the customer to purchase the equipment at the end of the lease transaction for $1.

• Purchase Plans
  • Monthly level retail installment purchase plans enable customers to make equal monthly payments.
  • Irregular payment schedules such as Skip Payment and Quarterly Payment plans are available to help you manage your cash flow.

• Other
  • Financial solutions are available for tax exempt transactions.
  • Lines of Credit can be established when future purchases are anticipated.
  • Master Lease Agreements make future purchases fast and simple.
